What areas do you service?
We service the whole Gold Coast region as well as the Tweed Shire and Brisbane area.
Are your plumbers licensed and insured?
Yes, all our plumbers are fully licensed, insured, and trained to provide high-quality hot water and plumbing services.
Do you charge a call out fee?
During our regular business hour of 7.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday we do not charge a call out fee.
Weekends and after hours have varying fees which we will inform you of at the time of the booking and the on call tradesperson will charge before they make their way out to you.
How do I pay for the work?
Payment is due on completion of the work. We accept credit card, cash payments and bank transfer* (must be able to show transfer receipt). The bank charges a small transaction surcharge if you are paying by credit card. For larger jobs such as hot water system replacements we offer payment plans* Please contact us to find out more about this option
